Before becoming an officially licensed store, West Armaments assisted hundreds with WW2 and modern equipment orders. Dedicated to providing a seamless, hands-free experience, West Armaments guarantees the best value for your money.
Overview
Due to the low availability and niche selections of our products, after an order is placed it is final, thus we sadly do not offer Refunds nor Returns.
Any Cancellations on Pre-Orders and back orders will receive a 50% value penalty.
Should there be any particular issue with the items purchased, our warranty ensures the replacement of said items or their value in credit is returned to you.
Our Warranty Policy ensures that all items not purposefully damaged via personal modification or use beyond the recommended manufacturing specifications are fairly and quickly replaced. Should stock be limited, the items value will be credited to the buyers account or put on back order.
Warranty lasts for 60 days on all items from date of purchase.
Refunds
As stated, Historical Militaria is niche in South Africa. Once you have made your purchase, it is final.
Returning Faulty Goods
Should items you have purchased be found faulty or broken with no obvious signs of tampering, modifying or purposeful damage
– Then you are well entitled to a replacement.

Second hand items
Only first hand items purchased through the store may be exchanged if under warranty.
Marked Second hand goods from the community are purchased with the understanding that they have seen prior use, and the liability for their poor condition does not rest with West Armaments.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and under warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@westarmaments.co.za.
Back Order Cancellations
Items purchased as a Backorder may be cancelled, either forfeiting the deposit or receiving only half of the items total value as a refund.
Every item ordered this way is usually ordered on demand.
