Do your items include warranties?
Yes! We are confident in our products; otherwise we wouldn’t sell them! Alongside this assurance, we offer a 2-month warranty to back that claim up ensuring you, as a customer, get your money’s worth. Should an item within this time frame become unintentionally damaged, we will ensure you receive a replacement ASAP.
This however can be voided when modifying said items beyond their capacity, design or recommendation by the supplier/store.
This is especially applicable to Airsoft replicas, for which we do offer a technician with more than a decade of experience to assist in upgrades.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy is simple!
If you wish to return an item with unintentional damage during the warranty period, you will receive store credit to spend as you see fit.
Do you have any references?
Before fully establishing West Armaments (Pty) Ltd, we have had several years of experience in assisting, ordering, sourcing and equipping dozens to hundreds of militaria collectors, enthusiasts and reenactors. Check our website out for some Testimonials and Reviews!
Can't find what I'm looking for, now what?
Not a worry! We are happy to help you source whatever you are after. We assist by inquiring different suppliers and even try combating prices between these sources to get you the lowest final price!

How do I get my order?
After checking out, you have two options:
1. Collection from an Event.
2. Courier.
NB. The customer is liable for all Courier fees and will be advised on them before checking out.
Where is everything coming from?
Our products come from surplus, local manufacturers and international suppliers.
WW2 and other equipment tends to be quite niche, thus we source and stock everything we can for you.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments for orders can be made when checking out via Payfast. Should you be having trouble, you can contact sales@westarmaments.co.za. to arrange an EFT and to send your PoP.
When do I get my order?
Your order will typically be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Pre-Ordering items refers to products currently enroute to South Africa, and have a lead time of 2-4 months.
Back Ordering items ensures that we will add your purchase to our next immediate order!
Can I request a refund?
Due to the low availability and niche selections of our products, after an order is placed it is final.
Should there be any particular issue with the items purchased, the warranty ensures replacement of said items or their value in credit is returned to you.
What if the worst happens and my items are lost during shipping?
That’s not your problem!
Whilst a delay may occur in such an incredibly rare situation, your purchase is still guaranteed. Our intention is to provide you with what you paid for and no stress along the way.
